An all-star supporting cast—Angela Lansbury, George Sanders, Lilli Palmer, Leo McKern, Cecil Parker and others—joins the fun as Moll sets out on her (ahem) well-laid plan to make schemes come true in 18th-century London. She masquerades as a rich widow to land a wealthy nobleman (Richard Johnson), never dreaming that he's actually a highwayman posing to win the presumably-rich Moll. What a perfect match!
