Best friends Emily and Lesley go on a road trip to get away from it all. When Emily decides to get off the highway and take a lone, deserted road, a "quicker route", all hell breaks loose. They soon find themselves the target of a mysterious and relentless tow truck who forces them into a dangerous game of cat and mouse, turning their road trip into a living, breathing nightmare.
